☑️Business Support: Selected groups get help opening boutiques called ” Parivartit Mahila Boutique” (“Transformed Women Boutique”). Lily Leaves Social Enterprises covers initial costs like rent for 6 months, display racks, irons, and other shop essentials.
☑️Reach & Numbers: Over 120+ women trained and equipped since 2020. Multiple boutiques opened in Sarlahi and Dhanusha.
☑️Broader Empowerment: Changed societal views women report more respect and dignity.
☑️Sustainability: Women run independent businesses, creating ongoing income and inspiring community change.
The program proves highly successful in turning skills into sustainable livelihoods, lifting families out of poverty, and promoting dignity for marginalized women in rural Nepal.
